1.2 Orders placed within Australia or goods shipped to an Australian residence are subject to the Australian GST. Orders placed outside Australia may be subject to the relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed.
1.3 rileyBURNETT uses Australia Post to deliver Products both within Australia and internationally.

1.5 rileyBURNETT will endeavour to despatch your jewellery as quickly as possible, usually on the day the order is placed and generally within 24 hours of
You submitting the Purchase Order. We endeavour to keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum and ensure that your goods arrive quickly and in excellent
condition.
2. RETURNS
2.1 If for some reason the goods You ordered are faulty upon arrival, You need to
email rileyBURNETT within 48hrs of receiving the goods. Please email
purchase@rileyburnett.com
We will endeavour to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible
and pay for return freight. It should be noted that because all our jewellery is
hand made in limited runs at our showroom in Lennox Head, an exact copy of
Your piece may not be available. If We can’t provide a replacement item You are
happy with, We will gladly refund the amount on the purchase receipt to the credit
card used in the transaction.
